Looking for a modern, furnished 1/2 bedroom apartment - EUR 825 / Month

We are a couple moving to Malta in September for work. We are looking for a modern 1-2 bedroom furnished apartment for long let, preferably from a direct owner, however we might consider an offers from a real estate agent, too, Budget is 800 - 1100 EUR monthly.We've been in Malta a multiple times and are familiar with the area. Initial viewing of apartment will be done by our friend, then I come over to take care of the financial part.
