1955-56 v Stade de Reims, Paris - W 4-3
Hector Rial scored twice and Alfredo Di Stefano once as Real responded from two goals down after 10 minutes and 3-2 down with 28 minutes to go to win the inaugural European Cup.
1956-57 v Fiorentina, Madrid - W 2-0
A controversial Di Stefano goal - featuring an ignored offside flag and a penalty for a foul committed outside the area - and one from Francisco Gento saw Real successfully defend the European Cup.
1957-58 v AC Milan, Brussels - W 3-2 after extra-time
Three finals, three wins for Real, but this one was hard fought as they twice came from behind before Gento struck the winner in extra-time.
1958-59 v Stade de Reims, Stuttgart - W 2-0
A dominant performance against familiar opponents as Real won with goals from Enrique Mateos and Di Stefano, who scored in a fourth straight final.
1959-60 v Eintracht Frankfurt, Glasgow - W 7-3
