Delia to file court case to "get hospitals back"
Nationalist Party leader Adrian Delia said he will be filing a case in court on Monday?to attempt to claim back the three State hospitals run by Vitals, as he urged those who "want to stand up for democracy" to join him.
"There is a law that gives every Member of Parliament the right to go to court to get back property that is public if this is being taken away. And tomorrow morning that is what I will be doing," the PN leader told supporters in "ejtun?on Sunday morning.
Speaking at the party's club, Dr Delia insisted that the Opposition has repeatedly asked for details about the deal between the government and Vitals Global Healthcare for the running of three State hospitals yet has not been given any answers.
The PN leader said that even if has to fight this battle alone, he would continue fighting until the very last day to claim back the Karin Grech, St Luke's and Gozo hospitals.

"We need to fight until the last breath to claim back what is ours," Dr Delia saod.
