About the apartment:
This 90 square meters Saint Julian’s Malta vacation rental is located on the 5th floor of a secure residential building with a lift. These fully furnished Maltese accommodations offer a central, safe and family-friendly place to stay on the island. The flat has been recently renovated with your comfort in mind.
The open-plan living, kitchen and dining area features a comfortable sofa, 2 arm chairs and flat-screen TV with local channels. There is a balcony overlooking the street. A free Wi-Fi connection is available throughout the apartment. The kitchen is totally equipped with a refrigerator and freezer, oven, stove, toaster, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and more. Full sets of cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots and pans and other utensils. An iron and board are provided for your convenience. Next to the kitchen you’ll find a dining table and chairs for four should you choose to dine in one evening. There is a clothes washing machine and drying machine, which will allow you to pack light and save room for all of your Maltese souvenirs.
The Master bedroom features a queen-size bed, nightstands with bedside lamps and an armoire with plenty of storage space. There is a small private balcony for your enjoyment. All bedding, sheets and pillows are provided, and you will find the bed neatly made on arrival. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink.
The second bedroom is similarly furnished with a queen bed, nightstands and some storage space. There is a small private balcony. The third bedroom has a double bed, bedside tables, as well as a small terrace with a table and chairs. From the terrace, you have a view over Saint Julian’s and Spinola Bay. The second bathroom is accessible via the hallway and is outfitted with a walk-in shower, sink and toilet. A hair dryer is provided so there is no need to pack one. Bath towels are provided for 6 people as well, but please think about brining a separate towel for the beach or purchasing one on arrival. The apartment is heated throughout the winter months.
The flat is heated during the winter months and has air conditioning for the summertime. A member of our Welcoming Team will meet you upon arrival, give you the keys and entry codes, a tour of the apartment and its appliances, help you to connect to the Wi-Fi and more. You’ll find a personal guidebook in the flat with suggestions on where to eat and shop in Malta.
From this beautiful flat, you can admire some stunning sea views over Spinola Bay, admire the sunrise or sunset and if you’re lucky, catch a fireworks show during one of Malta’s many holidays. About the Saint Julian’s Area:
The flat is located on Spinola Bay in Saint Julian’s. You are just a stone’s throw from some beautiful, natural beaches, nightlife, restaurants, shopping and more. The capital city, Valletta, can be easily reached by public bus or with a rental car. You’ll find plenty of opportunities to try out new water sports or take an excursion to the neighboring islands of Gozo and Comino. This is the perfect base from which to explore Malta’s rich history, landscapes and culture.

- The property must be treated with the utmost care or the one month's deposit will be held indefinitely.
